Eligible voters must be qualified as outlined in Section 17 of the Municipal Elections Act. On Voting Day, you must be: A Canadian Citizen At least 18 years of age A resident of Minden Hills, or a non-resident owner or tenant of land in the Township of Minden Hills or their spouse Not prohibited from voting WHEN is the Municipal Election? Bill 212 received Royal Assent on December 15th, 2009. The 2010 Municipal Election will be held on Monday, October 25th, 2010.
