The Township of Minden Hills Treasury Department is located on the main floor at 7 Milne Street (use Pritchard Lane entrance), Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0. The postal address is P.O. Box 359, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0
The Administration Office (Departments noted above) are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff will be more than happy to assist you on municipal matters.

Tax Department
We are pleased to provide some information on property taxes. Tax Bills for our municipality are normally sent out twice a year, with two (2) instalments each, for payment in March and May, July and September. Late payments are penalized at the rate of 1.25% per month, on the principal amount outstanding. Accordingly, it is important to inform our office, in writing, of an address change to ensure prompt receipt of your bills. Failure to receive your tax bill does not exempt penalty charges from being applied to a tax account.
Taxes may be paid by the Telephone Banking Services of the CIBC, Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust Bank, Royal Bank or Bank of Nova Scotia. You may also pay your taxes in person at the Municipal Office, using the Pritchard Lane entrance or mail your payment to our postal address, or via preauthorized payment. If you require a receipt, please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
