Take Notice that there will be a Special meeting of Council and Public Meeting held on December 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of the meetings is to review and discuss the 2026 Mayoral Budget.
Members of the public may access the agenda and Budget materials on December 10, 2025.
Members of the public are invited to participate in person or electronically and make comment/speak at the Public Meeting relating to the 2026 budget.

Take Notice that the Township of Minden Hills has received one (1) complete application to amend the Township’s Zoning By-law. The site-specific amendment applies to property located in Part Lot 22, Concession A, Geographic Township of Minden, being vacant lands, having roll number 4616-033-000-55210 (see Key Map).

The Agnes Jamieson Gallery will be closed for an additional day as they prepare for the installation of a new exhibit. The gallery will be closed from November 18 - 22, 2025.

Take Notice that the Special Council Meeting scheduled for November 20, 2025, is cancelled.
Items for the November 20th Special Council Meeting will be rescheduled and considered at a future meeting.
