Important Tax Information 

The 2025 Final tax bills were mailed up until June 10, 2025. If you have not received your bill(s) prior to the July 18, 2025, due date, please contact our office at 705-286-1260. 

The Final tax bill will be payable in two installments: July 18 and September 19, 2025. The bills are calculated using your property’s MPAC assessed value and the appropriate tax rate. The tax rates are available on our website at Property Tax - Tax Rates. 

Payments received after May 31, 2025 may not be reflected on your tax bill. Please note that any overdue amounts shown on your tax bill do not include penalty/interest for July. Please contact our office for a current balance. 

Note: New landfill cards are included with the final tax bill. These will take effect on July 1, 2025. It is imperative that property owners ensure they have these new cards when visiting the landfill / transfer station. 

Property owners are responsible to provide to the Municipal Office written notification of any address change. As per the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001, failure to receive your tax bill does not exempt penalty charges from being applied to a tax account.
