A compliance letter is used to obtain information on open building permits, and work orders and to confirm Zoning.

How do I request a compliance letter?

Please contact the Planning Department to request a Compliance Letter. When submitting your request kindly indicate the Requisition and Closing Dates which will help staff prioritize requests. A compliance letter request cannot be processed until payment has been received, please visit our User Fees page for details.
