SUBJECT: Short Term Rentals Online Application Process Now Available 

We are pleased to share that the Short-Term Rental License online application process is now available on the Township website. The Township of Minden Hills passed their Short-Term Rental By-law effective October 1, 2024.

Short-Term Rental Applications will be processed online only, through the Granicus service portal. You will find information on the Township website regarding the process / documentation requirements for all short-term rental applications within the Township of Minden Hills as well as the link to the Granicus service.

The Short-Term Rental program was initiated by the Township to address community concerns and to ensure all rentals operate safely in accordance with the Fire Protection Standards, the Ontario Building Code and Township By-laws.
