Subject: Volunteers Needed for Fall Events at the Minden Hills Cultural Centre

The Minden Hills Cultural Centre is currently seeking volunteers to assist with two major seasonal events this fall: Haunting in Minden Hills on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Christmas in the Village on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Volunteer tasks include greeting guests, providing directions, assisting with activities such as crafts, games, and scavenger hunts, supporting performers and vendors, and helping with set-up and clean-up. For Haunting in Minden Hills, volunteers are welcome to dress in costumes to add to the festive atmosphere.

Volunteers can gain experience in a guest-service environment, earn community service hours, and meet new people. These events are a great way to get involved and contribute to Cultural Centre’s events and programming.
