Notice of 2026 Budget Meetings
Take Notice that there will be a Special meeting of Council and Public Meeting held on December 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of the meetings is to review and discuss the 2026 Mayoral Budget.
Members of the public may access the agenda and Budget materials on December 10, 2025.
Members of the public are invited to participate in person or electronically and make comment/speak at the Public Meeting relating to the 2026 budget.
Members of the public wishing to participate electronically must pre-register by emailing admin@mindenhills.ca by Friday, December 12th, before 4:00 pm and provide:
- Full Name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone Number
Once registered, electronic participants will automatically be placed into a holding room and brought into the meeting as permitted.
Members of the Public wishing to observe Council proceedings electronically may join the live-stream link, available at the top of the Agenda located on the Minden Hills CivicWeb Portal at https://mindenhills.civicweb.net/Portal/ .
