Take Notice there will be a Special Meeting of Council held Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Minden Hills Council Chambers, located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, ON. 

The purpose of the Special meeting is to provide an additional Council meeting that is dedicated to a series of applications for the Planning Department. The Special meeting will consist of:

To Participate in a Public Meeting: 

Members of the public wishing to participate may attend in-person or join electronically and speak at a Public Meeting. Pre-registration is required for electronic participants.

Members of the public wishing to participate and make comment/speak to a Public Meeting must pre-register by emailing the Clerk's Department by Monday, May 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM, or by attending and registering the morning of the meeting before 8:30 AM.

Registrants must provide full name, address, email address, telephone number, and whether participation will occur in person or through zoom. 

Once registered, electronic participants will automatically be placed into a holding room and brought into the meeting as permitted by the Chair.
