Take Notice that the Closed Session of Council scheduled at the Regular Council Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024 will now follow the Public Meeting. The Regular Council meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne St., Minden, ON

• The Public Meeting regarding Proposed Changes to the Township’s Fees and Charges By-law is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
• Closed Session of Council will follow the Public Meeting pursuant to Section 239(2) for the purpose of discussing the following items:
  • One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; (Contract)
  • One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding labour relations or employee negotiations. (Grievance)
• The Regular Council Meeting Open session will resume following the Closed Session.

Please note the live-stream link provided for each meeting will only be activated for the duration of one week. The Regular Council meeting will be conducted via web conference and in-person.
