Public Notice - Shoreline Road Allowance Bylaws
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills proposes to consider a by-law to stop up, close, and convey the parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
- File No. PLSRA2024030: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Canning Lake, lying in front of 1027 Ketola Lane located within Part Lot 15, Concession 14, Geographic Township of Snowdon.
- File No. PLSRA2024031: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Soyers Lake, lying in front of 1056 Renown Drive, located within Part Lot 28, Concession 7, Geographic Township of Minden.
- File No. PLSRA2024037: Part of the original shore road allowance along the shore of Davis Lake, lying in front of 1257 Canuck Trail, located within Part Lot 10, Concession 2, Geographic Township of Lutterworth.
The Council meeting to consider a by-law to stop up, close and convey the parcel listed above is scheduled for May 13, 2025.
The above noted application is available for inspection in the Planning Department located at 7 Milne Street, Minden, Ontario by appointment only.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected is asked to contact the undersigned at their earliest convenience. If deemed advisable, By-laws giving effect to the proposed closure and conveyance will be passed by the Council for the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills.
