Request for Tender ENV 25-002 Construction of Scotch Line Transfer Station
The Township of Minden Hills is seeking Tenders from qualified constructors and companies with the professional expertise for the construction of the new Scotch Line Transfer Station located at 2038 Scotch Line Road which is the current Scotch Line Landfill. The new Transfer Station will include weigh scales, and new bunkers for various waste materials.
Construction of the new Transfer Station is anticipated to commence in Q4 2025, pending tender closing/award. The construction duration is anticipated to be five (5) months (twenty (20) weeks).

Questions of clarification will be answered individually, but response(s) to any question that modifies the scope of this RFT will be circulated as an Addendum as outlined in Section 2.14 of this document.
Question deadline must be received by no later than July 15, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. otherwise, a response may not be provided.
Site Visit
A site visit is optional and is scheduled for Friday July 4, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Scotch Line Landfill, located at 2038 Scotch Line Road, in Minden Hills, Ontario. Please contact the Director of Public Works at 705-286-1260 ext. 570 or by email to register and confirm your attendance.
RFT Submission
Submissions must be received by the Township of Minden Hills on or before 12:00 p.m. noon local time on July 18, 2025.
