As per The Township of Minden Hills Council decision and resolution 25-254 the Lochlin Community centre is to be demolished and replaced with a pre-fabricated building.
The Township of Minden Hills is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to supply and install a turnkey AODA compliant and Barrier Free accessible Community Centre that is no more than 1800 square feet (167 square metres) on the current Lochlin Community Centre site, located at 4713 Gelert Road.

Questions of clarification will be answered individually, but response(s) to any question that modifies the scope of this RFP will be circulated as an Addendum as outlined in Section 2.14 of this document.
Inquiries must be received no later than three (3) business days prior to the closing date, on or before 12:00 p.m. noon, local time; otherwise a response may not be provided.
Question deadline is Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. noon, local time.

Site Visit
