RFP Admin 25-002 Provision of Strategic Plan Program

Building upon a successful Community Engagement program, the Township of Minden Hills is seeking experienced and dynamic Facilitator(s) to lead us in developing an aspirational Strategic Priority Plan. The Plan will include time-related implementation strategy and associated communication plan.

The Community Engagement program which established the foundation for a future Strategic Priority Plan, is attached for reference.

Questions of clarification will be answered individually, but response(s) to any question that modifies the scope of this RFP will be circulated as an Addendum as outlined in Section 2.12 of this document.

Inquiries must be received no later than three (3) business days prior to the closing date, on or before 12:00 noon, local time; otherwise a response may not be provided.

Question deadline must be received by no later than June 16, 2025 on or before 12:00 p.m. Noon. 

RFP Submission: 

Submissions must be received by the Township of Minden Hills on/before 12:00 p.m. Noon local time on June 20, 2025.
