Arena and Ice Rentals
To schedule rentals at the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena, please contact us (Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) by emailing communityservicesbookings@mindenhills.ca or by calling 705-286-1936 ext. 554.
Completed Rental Contracts must be returned to the Administrative Assistant and payment made in full 48 hours in advance of all weekend and evening ice rentals. Assisting staff do not handle payments for any facilities.

All prices are before applicable taxes and fees and are subject to change. Please contact the Community Services Department for confirmation.
All Facility Bookings require payment of deposit at time of booking (cash, debit, cheque, visa or mastercard). Balance of facility rental booking is due 30 days prior to booked date. Tentative bookings are not available. Bookings can be secured over the phone with a credit card payment.
All liquor licenced events require $5 Million in liability coverage. If proof of insurance cannot be provided, then insurance can be purchased through the department via the LCIS program.
