In Minden Hills, our next Municipal and School Board Election will be held from October 10-26, 2026 with Election Day on October 26, 2026.

New Vote Registration with Elections Ontario

Now you can register to vote in both provincial and local elections, all in one place. 

In January 2024, Elections Ontario became responsible for maintaining the Permanent Register of Elections for Ontario. This will be used to develop the Voters List for municipal and provincial elections in Ontario. 

RegisterToVoteON.ca is where you’ll find information on eligibility, registration and how to confirm, update or add yourself to the Register.

School Support Information

Please note that The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) remains responsible for collecting school support information from eligible electors. After June 1, 2026 to update your school support information you will need to contact the Minden Hills Election team - call 705-286-1260 ext 585 or email.

The Minden Hills Election Team will be attending local events to provide election awareness regarding the upcoming Municipal Election. 

• Canada Day, July 1 - Downtown Minden
• August 16 - Rotary Fest in Downtown Minden
• August 23 - Pride in the Highlands - Downtown Minden
