Cultural Centre Rentals

The Minden Hills Cultural Centre offers a variety of venues and spaces for rent. For more information or to book, please contact the Cultural Centre at 705-286-3763.

The gallery can be used in the evening for corporate or board meeting presentations, receptions and special events. Limitations may apply.

A beautiful small log church with endearing qualities for a small wedding or special family event.

For a unique heritage setting, the grounds can be used for outdoor special events, family reunions and community gatherings.

Unique straw bale sustainable design building can be used for meetings, workshops and presentations.

The Welch Room, sometimes referred to as the Common Room, is suitable for special events, large meetings, workshops and receptions. This 900 square foot room seats 45 people.  Rental includes the use of a digital projector and 12-foot screen.

Facility Fee
MHCC grounds or Church  $200.00 per day plus HST
Welch Room/ Nature's Place/ Gallery - hourly $35.00 plus HST
Welch Room/ Nature's Place/ Gallery - 1/2 day (3 hours) $50.00 plus HST
Welch Room/ Nature's Place/ Gallery - Full Day (6 hours) $100.00 plus HST
Use of Grounds for Photos (1 hour) $25.00 plus HST

 

Note: Rental Fees are based on use during regular open hours of 10 AM to 4 PM. An additional fee of $25.00 per hour applies to use after 4:00 PM.
