The following items are recyclable in Minden Hills:

• Paper Coffee Cups go in your paper (fibre) stream. Remove the lid and place it in the container stream.
• Food Grade Styrofoam go in your containers recycling. Make sure it is rinsed and that the plastic and absorbent pad is removed.
• Flexible plastic packaging (bags): Check to see if they are stretchy. If they stretch, it is likely recyclable. Place plastic bags and film plastic into a bag, tie closed, and place in your containers recycling. If the plastic bag is crinkly and doesn't stretch, place it in the garbage.
