Paying Your Water and Sewer Bills

The water and wastewater (sewer) system is not a general municipal based system in that only the users of the system pay for the system and its upkeep.

Water meters are read and billed on a quarterly basis. Most water meters are located inside the house/business where the service line enters the home.

An annual flat rate usage fee for each water customer in Lutterworth Pines is payable in four (4) equal installments on a quarterly basis. Please visit our User Fees page for current rates.

Interest is charged on past due usage fees at the rate of 1.25% per month and added on the first day of each and every month that fees are past due.

Any fees and interest remaining unpaid as of December 31 are added to the taxes of the property to which the service was provided, and will be collected in the same manner as municipal taxes.
