Notice of Procedure By-law Review and Update
The Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills hereby gives notice of its intent to propose changes to its Procedure By-law scheduled for adoption on January 8, 2026. Changes include but are not limited to: Strong Mayor Powers legislation, Agenda Item Delegations, Notice of Motion, Regular Council meetings dates, housekeeping, and formatting changes..
A marked up version of the By-law will be available on the Township website the week of December 15, 2025.
