Public Notice - Revised Regular Agenda

Take Notice that the May 8, 2025 Regular Council Agenda is revised to commence Closed Session of Council to follow Item 12.5.

The Regular Council meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne St., Minden, ON.

Closed Session of Council will proceed after Item 12.5 for the purpose of discussing the following items:

• One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding labour relations or employee negotiations; (Wages and Benefits).
• One item pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, regarding advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; (Legal Opinion).

The Regular Council Meeting Open session will resume following the Closed Session.
