Updated Notice of Public Meeting November 13, 2025: Proposed Changes to Fees and Charges By-law

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills will be holding a Public Meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025, during its Regular Council Meeting regarding proposed changes to the Township’s Fees and Charges By-law.

Proposed changes include:

• Schedule B Administration - Finance
• Schedule C Fire
• Schedule D Cultural Centre Programs & Facilities
• Schedule E Roads Department Fees
• Schedule F Planning Department Fees
• Schedule H Community Services Programs & Facilities
• Schedule I Environmental – Water & Sewer, Landfill

• Schedule J Community Services Advertising

The meeting will commence at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne Street, Minden ON.

Members of the public wishing to make comment may attend in person or join electronically for the public meeting regarding the proposed changes. Registration is required for electronic participants by emailing the Clerk's Department.
