Public openings are held in the Township Administration Office with Respondent names and submitted prices recorded. These are unofficial records, as submissions have not been evaluated at this time.

This is public notification that the Township of Minden Hills is a participating agency in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying group(s):

Township Surplus Vehicles and/or Equipment

Most Township of Minden Hills Surplus Vehicle and Equipment is sold by online auction through GovDeals Public Auction:

All items are sold “as is, where is” without warranty, meaning that it is the bidder’s sole responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition and specifications of the goods being offered for sale before placing a bid.

Please note that by placing a bid, you are making a contract between yourself and the seller.

The Township will place surplus items for auction with GovDeals, a company that provides online auction services of government surplus.  

Using this service allows the Township to auction items throughout the year.

Please note: If the search does not yield anything for the Township of Minden Hills we are not currently auctioning any items. Surplus items will be added as they become available. You may want to bookmark GovDeals and check back often.

To bid on an item, you must register with GovDeals. There is no cost to register. Make sure you read and accept the bidders' agreement which states the terms and conditions. To check on what's available, you do not need to register.
