Council may, from time to time, choose to establish an ad hoc committee to provide Council support and participation in addressing specific issues facing the Township. An ad hoc committee will be dissolved once its specific task has been completed.

Information on disbanded and inactive committees and boards is also available on the Minden Hills Civic Web.

Applications for Committee/Board positions

The Township of Minden Hills has volunteers that participate as members on the following Advisory Committees for the 2023-2026 term of Council:

• Community Services Advisory Committee
• Cultural Centre Advisory Committee
• Events Advisory Committee
• Lochlin Community Centre Advisory Committee

There are currently no vacancies on the Township Advisory Committees. 

The Township of Minden Hills will post volunteer opportunities for Committee / Board positions for the remaining (2023-2026) term of Council when opportunities come up.
