Council

Council serves a four year term and the election process includes a municipal-wide voter selection of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Councillor-at-Large and three Councillor positions.

The Municipality is broken into three sub-geographical regions called Wards. The Wards represent the Townships that amalgamated to become the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills:

• Ward 1 being the former Townships of Anson, Hindon and Minden
• Ward 2 being the former Township of Lutterworth
• Ward 3 being the former Township of Snowdon
