The Ministry of Natural Resources have issued a Bulletin - Flood Watch for Bracebridge-Minden-Parry Sound District is advising area residents that a Flood Watch bulletin is in effect in portions of the District until Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Residents should not attempt to drive through washouts or flooded areas as these conditions may be unstable and dangerous.

Community Engagement Final Report March 2025

The Township of Minden Hills worked with Arising Collective on a successful Community Engagement Project. 

During December 2024 and January 2025, the community was asked to share their feedback through several initiatives that included an online survey, focus and stakeholder sessions along with town hall events.

Township’s Cloudpermit System Offline on Thursday, March 20, 2025 

The Township’s online permit service (Cloudpermit) will not be available on Thursday, March 20, 2025:

• The Township of Minden Hills Online Permit System – Cloudpermit will be offline for system maintenance all day on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
• During the maintenance period the Township will be unable to accept any Building / By-law applications.

The online permit system should resume normal functions on Friday, March 21, 2025.
