We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Public Works Department as Waste Disposal Site Attendants. Reporting to the Manager of Waste Facilities, the Waste Disposal Site Attendant ensures safe and efficient operations of the Township’s waste disposal sites. We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our Public Works Department as Seasonal Waste Disposal Site Attendants. Reporting to the Manager of Waste Facilities, the Seasonal Waste Disposal Site Attendant ensures safe and efficient operations of the Township’s waste disposal sites. This position provides superior customer service to site users and contractors.
This is a seasonal position to a maximum of 8 months per calendar year, anticipated for the 2024 season.

SUBJECT: Spring Load Restrictions Lifted (Half Loads)
Please be advised that Spring Load Restrictions within the Township of Minden Hills will be lifted effective Friday, May 3, 2024.
Vehicles will be permitted to haul full, legal loads. Please watch for and obey posted signage.

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Minden Hills will be holding a Public Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024, during its Regular Council Meeting regarding Proposed changes to the Township’s Fees and Charges By-law.
The meeting will commence at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne Street, Minden ON.
