Water Service Requests
To request service regarding your water or wastewater services, please choose from the options below.
Have Your Water Turned On or Off |
| To request that the water be turned on or off at your residential property or place of business, please contact the Public Works Department at 705-286-3144. If you need your water turned off due to an emergency outside of business hours, please call 1-866-856-3247. Once we have received your payment, your water will be turned on or off. |
Make a New Connection to the Water or Sewer System |
| To request a water and wastewater (sewer) connection at your residential property or place of business, please contact the Public Works Department at 705-286-3144. Once we have received your payment, we will begin the connection application process. You may be asked to submit additional documentation, such as engineered drawings showing piping size and connection location. |
Have Your Water Meter Replaced |
| Each home connected to the municipal water system is responsible for the water meter on their home. If your meter is damaged or malfunctioning, you can request a new one by contacting the Public Works Department at 705-286-3144. Once we have received your payment, a new water meter will be ordered for your property. |

Minimum Water and Sewer Billing:
- The minimum water billing for the Village of Minden, pursuant to By-law No. 24-21, is $142.68
- The minimum sewer billing for the Village of Minden, pursuant to By-law No. 24-19, is $199.28
- The total billing for Lutterworth Pines, pursuant to By-law No. 24-20, is $1,273.92 payable in four (4) equal installments of $312.24 on a quarterly basis.
