Clear Bags and Blue Boxes |
Garbage must be brought to a Waste Disposal Site in a clear, see-through bag. Site attendants may ask to look at your garbage bag. If your bag contains recycling, a fee of $3/bag will apply. Recycling must be loose when it is dropped off at the Waste Disposal Site. This means the best choice for storing your recycling is in a Blue Box or other storage container (such as an old laundry basket). Recycling may be brought to a Waste Disposal Site contained in bags, but the bags must be emptied into the recycling bin. |
